This kind roller type veneer drying machine have drying room and cooling conveyor 2 parts. With the roller transfer system drive veneers movement. And use the draught fans inducing hot air to pipes and blowing on veneer surface. The heating can be cooling fan and boilers or can choose the in built furnace. Both keep with good safe working. With hot air circulating in the drying room. The drying efficiency is well confirm.

 

1. The roller drying machine production line. Mainly service thee drying of  plywood core veneers (rotary cut) around 1mm-4 mm. Using rollers conveying and chains driving, easy to main and suits large drying output veneer working factory.

2. With the rollers heating and press the veneers during transfer, veneers lose moisture gradually and turn dry and flat. This would be better than the outside sunshine drying and have not limitation of weather.  

3. The hot air through the heating air pipes blowing both on the veneer face and back. The hot air circulating in the during room.No only gain a very good drying efficiency, but also save much heat wastes and fuel costs.

4. According to output. 1-4 decks and 20-40m drying room can choose and customize for your veneer production.  

5. All the parts and basic frames will be assembled and test working in workshop. After delivery, engineers will rebuilt the drying line in your factory.
