Our Melamine Paper Hot Press Machine is designed with a heavy duty structure frame, welded from high-quality steel plate to ensure high stability and reduce deformation.

The smart control system is designed to provide precise press pressure application. It equipped a low noise quick-closing hydraulic pump station with a large flow rate, which allows for rapid pressurization and enhances production efficiency.

The machine is easy to operate, reliable, and incorporates automatic temperature and time controls and double in and out hot platen heating recycle system to ensure uniform temperature distribution across the press plates. The dual-entry and exit steam and thermal oil piping system further ensures consistent laminating pressing performance.
