Working Principle
The 4x8ft L-Type Veneer Finger Jointing Composer Machine* is designed to compose core veneers that vary in length and thickness into full sheets. The process includes veneer detection, trimming, edge gluing, composing, and cutting, followed by precise finger jointing for vertical assembly.
After veneer rotary peeling ,cutting and drying, the wood veneer with different length, uneven surface, different thickness from 1.2-3.6mm is processed and first composed into 4*4 feet by horizontal core veneer composer, then entered from two sides of the machine through the full-automatic feeding and edge cutting,finger teeth making,gluing, finger teeth alignment, pressing,cooling, size cutting and stacking, these process steps are completed automatically. After the whole auto process, the veneer is composed into the whole long veneer as required size(8*4ft).
1. *Feeding Delivery: Core veneers are fed into the machine.
2. *Veneer Correction: Automatic system aligns and corrects veneer position.
3. *Edge Cutting: Veneer edges are trimmed for precise composition.
4. *Horizontal Composition: Veneers are composed horizontally and cut into 4x4ft sheets.
5. *L-Type Direction Change: Veneers are rotated for vertical finger jointing.
6. *Vertical Finger Jointing: Veneer edges are finger jointed for stronger assembly.
7. *Final Cutting & Stacking: The sheets are cut into 4x8ft size and neatly stacked for use in plywood assembly and pressing.
