Specialized solution designed for efficiently drying face and core veneers used in plywood production. Suiting peeled veneer and the sliced decorative veneers.utilizes a mesh-type drying system, which allows for uniform drying of the veneers while maintaining their quality.

Use surface well treatment steel or stainless steel mesh belts material to transfer veneers and drying. Keep veneers very clean surface and well dried to needing moisture.Keep its good quality,clean and smooth surface for decorative veneer or plywood making using.

Heating can be supplied by the steam or thermal oil boilers or inbuilt furnace stove. The natural face veneer suggest 0.5-4 mm. Best performance is 0.5 mm-2mm. (for thicker core suggest the roller transfer type)If all for the thick veneer core over 1.7-3mm, suggest use the roller type veneer drying line, the veneer surface will be more flat with good quality and more efficient.

Bigger high power heating blowing draught fan, stable and big wind output.

Steel and aluminium expanded metal heating radiator with large heat dissipation area. The big amount spraying hot air can uniformly working on veneer surface gain pretty good drying effect.

The equipped draught fan installed on the 2 sides of drying room.Keep the veneer moisture consistently and arrive best results.

Use stronger steel plate structure frame and thermal insulation material. Keep good quality for long time working. And try best save your fuel costs for heating.
